If you are viewing this page your are likely interested in buying team outfits for your tennis team.  Purchasing team uniforms is not a fun job.  I commend any one willing to take on this challenge.  Whether you are a high school coach, tennis mom or USTA captain it is difficult to make the entire the team happy with their tennis uniforms .  We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Please review the following information about our team uniforms.  It may help in your decision making process.

We need uniforms ASAP which ones can I get now?
If you need uniforms/outfits immediately your best bet is to look at Diadora.  Diadora specializes in teams by offering 7 in stock colors of dresses, tops, skirts, and shorts.  Men's uniforms are also available.  Wilson offer offers a limited selection of team apparel that you can receive quickly including a white dress, and skirts and tops in 4 colors.

How do I place an order?
There are a number of ways you can place an order.
Online Order Form.  There is an online form on the bottom of each page.  If you complete the online form you will be contacted to confirm the order and review the details of the order. 

Fax.  You can also print the order form, fill it out, and fax it to 757-345-3664. 
E-Mail.  You may also order via e-mail to team@womenstennisworld.com. 
Phone.  Due to the complexity of some orders, calling toll free 866- 369- 5237 is the most popular way customers place team orders.

What are custom uniforms and how do they differ from other uniforms?
Custom uniforms are made to order.  There are 12 colors that can be used with any of the 13 different pieces.  Do to the large number of color combinations and styles we do not carry them in stock.  If your team has the 5 week time to wait these team uniforms are a great way to go.  Individuals team members can choose their color combinations and style to suit their needs while still getting the look of a team.  These are very popular with USTA teams.

Can I receive samples of the uniforms?
Yes, samples of most pieces are available.  We ship them to you at no cost as long as you agree to return the samples and pay for the return shipping.  To receive samples, we need your name, address, phone number and credit card.  Your credit card will not be charged unless we do not receive the samples back.  Fabric swatches are also available for some products.

What embroidered tops do you offer?
Tank tops, t-shirts, and polo shirts are available for embroidery.  We now have 9 tennis embroidery designs to choose from. Embroidered tops take 2 weeks to make.  Custom logos with your club or school logo can also be embroidered.  Call 866- 369- 5237 for custom logo details.

Is embroidery available on other shirts?
We can embroidery on any team item including skirts and shorts.  The cost is an additional $6.50/item. One downfall is that it will take a week or two in addition to the time it takes to get the uniforms.

How do we know what size to buy?
Size charts are now available for most items.  You may also receive samples to determine the best fit for everyone on your team.  If you still have questions call or e-mail us and we will be happy to answer your sizing questions.

How do dresses run?
Although dresses look very cute and are popular among high school girls they typically don't fit the entire team well.  For example, the dress are sometimes too short for tall thin girls.  It may cost a little more to get a skirt and top but the entire team will fit into their uniforms better and be happier in the long run. 

Are team discounts available?
A team discount of 10% is applied to all team apparel.  Most prices reflect the team discount when noted.

Can our school pay with a purchase order?
Yes, purchase orders are excepted.  Please provide the PO number when submitting your order. 

How is the order shipped and how much is shipping?
Standard team shipping is UPS ground for a flat rate of $15.00.  Faster shipping is available.  Price depends on how you would like it shipped, where it is being shipped, and weight of package.

What is the minimum order for a team?
The minimum orders are listed on the bottom of each page.  The number varies with each manufacturer.

Our team ordered from you before.  Do I have to meet a minimum?
If you have made a team order with us before the team minimum is waived.
