Payment
We accept Visa or Master Card.


Sales Tax

Virginia Residents are required to pay the 5% sales tax.  Sales tax only applies if your shipping address is in Virginia.

Returns
Returns must be authorized by Women's Tennis World before they are shipped back. E-mail info@womenstennisworld.com to request a Return Authorization Number.

Please follow this process:
1. Request a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your order date.

2. Write the RA number Next to the return shipping label on the exterior of the package. Any return received without this RA number written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused, and returned to the sender.

3. Ship your package to be delivered to Womens Tennis World within 30 day of your order date.  

We accept returns on orders processed within 30 days of purchase if your order.
Returns will be credited back to your credit card upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a request for return if:

  • the item has been soiled or damaged in your care
  • the item does not contain all of the original packaging
  • the item is no longer suitable for resale
  • the item is a specialty order
  • the item was ordered in a large quantity with a discount

Shipping will be credited to your account only if there was a transaction error or a product defect. You may ship returns by any service you choose, however it is suggested you obtain a tracking number as you are liable for the goods until they have been confirmed delivered at the following address:

Out of Stock Products
If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible by email. Check your email for updates on your order.  This will help us ensure a speedy delivery of your order.

Even if an item is marked out of stock online, we make our best effort to get that product or a comparable one to you by your deadline.

Orders with email and/or phone calls that have not been returned after a period of 10 days will be subjected to our best judgment.  We may send your order partially completed or cancel the order completely depending upon the items missing.

Correct Address
Please verify the address you enter when placing your order. If your package is returned to us because of a faulty address, you will be charged another shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address.


Mistakes
While we are constantly striving for perfection, mistakes are occasionally made.  Please examine your package immediately upon receipt.  You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to report any mistakes.  Unfortunately we cannot ship any replacement items via Express mail. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
