Gift Certificate Policies Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates one year from the date of purchase, which is the expiration date included on the gift certificate.*  Gift certificates must be redeemed through the WomensTennisWorld.com Web site, http://www.womenstennisworld.com. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance is tracked as part of the recipient's gift certificate account and can be redeemed using the same gift certificate Redeem Code.  It is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.  We do maintain records of all transactions and may be able to reissue a gift certificate if all parties involved (purchaser, recipient) can be contacted.  If you have any problems or questions, please visit contact us at info@womenstennisworld.com.
